Alexander Munday is Multi-media artist born in Hobart, Tasmania in 1999. Alexander found his passion in art while in his high school years, he found sport and academia weren't his thing. Instead, Alexander pursued fine arts and music. By the end of his college years, Alexander's interest to play music was superseded by his passion to create art. College saw a keen focus on photography studying both analog and digital processes for two years, during this time, Alexander knew he wanted to continue to study art at a university level. During his first year at university, Alexander developed a keen interest in a broader range of mediums and techniques to develop concepts and communicate ideas. This is when his passion for collage, videography and graphic design emerged.
Alexander currently lives in Melbourne, Victoria. He has graduated a Bachelor of Arts (Photography) with Distinction at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and is based in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
